Moderate confidence. Two Cognition pages (homepage and blog index) were read via summarising fetch; /security returned 404 and no stance/responsible-AI page exists. Findings rest on marketing/product copy plus public knowledge of Cognition as a closed proprietary lab; exact quotes are reconstructed from fetch summaries and may paraphrase rather than render verbatim. Qualitative judgment; not a validated metric.
